I have a regular class!

Great news: I'm going to have a weekly yoga class in Arlington every Monday! I'll be teaching with my fantastic friend Alli, which means two times the assists when both of us are there. It's from 7-8 PM and in the party room of a Court House Place, an apartment building at 1320 N Veitch St, Arlington, VA 22201.

We currently have a cozy, small group but would love to see more. If you are interested in coming, you can sign up online here under "Avalon Bay- Courthouse Place". Let me know if you are planning on coming and I can make sure you don't have any issues getting into the building.
